The Propaganda Video detection tool can detect if a video is being used for propaganda. The tool expects a video file (or URL) as input and outputs a matrix of a probabilities for each frame of the video if the frame is part of a propaganda clip. Both the visual and the audio part of the video are considered before a decision is made. The project is aiming to prepare the existing tool in a EACTDA compliant service for deployment and document it for further use. State of the art software engineering approaches will be applied to ensure the quality and maintainability of the provided software solution.
