Panos K. Papadopoulos received his Diploma degree (2015) and M.Sc. degree (2017) from the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics at the University of Thessaly. Since 2020, he holds a Ph.D. in Algorithms and Advanced Methods for Video Coding in Large Scale Systems from the same department. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher in Deep Learning-based Optimizations for Video Coding and Video Streaming at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at he University of Thessaly. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Information Technologies Institute of CERTH. His research interests include Video Coding and Compression, Machine Learning and Neural Networks.
